Returns
Our return policy lasts 14 days from the date of delivery. If 14 days have passed since your order was delivered, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

Step 4: Our team will review your request and respond within 3 business days. If approved, you will receive instructions on how to proceed with your return.
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email confirming that we have received it. We will also notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment.
Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Replacements
We replace items only if they are defective or arrive damaged.
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us at support@milkinplants.com and include clear photos or videos showing the issue. If the defect is confirmed, we will ship a replacement at no additional cost.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the returned item. Once the return is received, a gift certificate will be issued.
If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves first, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect product.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
If additional charges are incurred when receiving a return (such as customs fees, unpaid postage, or handling fees), these costs may be deducted from the refund.
Depending on your location, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning an item valued at over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Milkin'Plants is not responsible for items lost during return transit.
